Maison Premiere and Other Brooklyn Lovelies

Maison Premiere has become my new favorite bar. They have the best oyster happy hour from 4-7pm, $1 oysters from a huge daily selection of east and west coast oysters. Beautiful cocktails prepared by their dapper mixologists. The whole bar feels like you stepped into a 1920's Parisian bar, from the decor to the impeccably dressed staff and beautiful garden. Located on Bedford Ave at Grand St in Williamsburg Brooklyn.









After a dozen oysters and a delicious beverage I rode my bike down to the N7th pier park and watched the sunset.








For Dessert there's Bacchus Bakery a sweet parisian style patisserie in Boerum Hill, my nabe, have a yummy chocolate tart or just a tasty café.


Of course my summer weekends are always topped off with a trip to Jacob Riis beach a short drive from Williamsburg or Boerum Hill.
