So wrong yet so right

My dear friends, the Japanese, I wonder if you do this on purpose or are you just fucking with your own people. Okay, so I got this japanese kid's fashion mag, "Maria", (yes Maria, not Kumiko or some Japanese girl's name) today that really is the most inspirational if you are doing kids apparel and accessories, but it's also great for good laugh. Please click on the image to view it larger to see the two metrosexual Japanese boys and the fine t-shirt to the left that I circled. Let's hear it for Engrish. WTF!!!!!!

Marnie gets her name and new clothes

Dear little Marnie is a Bradley doll that's been sitting on my shelf for a year in her rags and disheveled hair ever since we got back from Portland. I spent Thursday and Friday planning the pattern and materials to use on her, I thought an a-line dress would look great on her since she's a 60's doll and she has a big booty and boobies. Her arms needed to be secured to her torso also the stitches were coming apart. Her stocking legs were more like elephants legs so I had to try and gently stretch the fabric and re-pin it to the tops of her thighs. She still needs a pair of new panties but they'll have to wait I was in the middle of working on four Blythe dresses to put up in the store and duplicates for my girls when I got sidetracked on this project. But I'm happy I did it, I don't like any of my girls looking shabby. I based the dress pattern of the skipper All Spruced up, sans the cuffs and an added bib with ric rac and buttons. Marnie pics

Two awesome Ebay wins!

I just won these two adorable poseable dolls, one seems to be a Bradley, the other not sure, she's a"Jill doll, love them both! The cotillion girl has to lose the outfit, I'll get started a new dress for her when she gets here. They'll be here soon!

Mini Posey by Super Junk is here!

Melissa from super-junk is beyond amazing she made the tiniest prettiest posey ever. Check her out more pics here. I'm so happy to have won her :)

Ayumi Uyama 6 figure set

I know we aren't suppose to sell stuff on Flickr or promote anything on Evilbay, but the fact is these are awesome and I'm sure some of you that have seen Melissa's Super-Junk's work will want one of these. I myself am the lucky winner of one of Melissa's handmade dolls, and I figure these girls will look awesome next to her. It's buy it now so no auction, the shipping's a bit steep though.

Here's the link to the remaining sets, evilbay
